Prior to the question being called on the foregoing resolution Alderman

Laking. suggested that final reading of Bylaw No. 1930 be deferred until the

regular Council meeting to be held on January 3lst, 1983.

That final reading of Bylaw No. 1930 be deferred until the regular

Council meeting to be held on January 31st, 1983.

Lost for want of a seconder.

CORRESPONDENCE:

From Lando & Company, Barristers & Solicitors, December 20th, 1982
regarding a mortgage of lease between the Carnoustie Recreation and
Development Company and the Crown Life Insurance Company.

At the suggestion of the City Administrator this item was deferred
until a full report is received from the City Solicitor.
