THAT the Municipal Clerk be instructed to prepare a Bylaw to amend the
"Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 2162" to include the following text in
"Chapter V. Development Permit Areas", "Section 2. Development Permit Area
Designation":

"2.13 McLean/Broadway ~ Development Permit Ares KIII

This area igs designated as a Development Permit Area for the
establishment of objectives and the provision of guidelines for the
form and character of light industrial development.

Boundaries:

Norths Center line of McLean Av: mue from the west property line of
Lot 2, Plan 22343 to center line of Kingsway Avenue and
along center line of Kingsway Avenue to center line of
Broadway Street.

Easts Center line of Broadway Street from center line of Kingaway
Avenue to center line of Cameron Avenue.

South: Center line of Cameron Avenue from the center line of
Broadway Street to the weat property line of Lot H, Plan
589613 South property line of Lot C, Plan 58961 not
immediately adjacent to Lot D, Plan 58961; south property
line of Lot B, Plan 58961; the north property line of Lots
L to 6, Plan 2106; the south property line of Lot 4, Plan
589613 and the south property lines of Lots 2 and 3, Plan
22333.

West property line of Lot 2, Plan 22343% west property line
of Lot C, Plan 58961, not immediately adjacent to Lot B,
Plan 58961; and west property line of Lots Db, E, and H,
Plan 58961. '

The boundaries noted above are shown on Map ‘Schedule "C" of the

Official Community Plan' as Development Permit Area XIII and in the
Map ‘Development Permit Area XIII! which forms part of the Official
Community Plan.
