THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BYLAW NO. 2396

A Bylaw to amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240".

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitiam, British
Columbia which is more particularly described as:

DL. 231, 232, 255, 288, and 384
Group One,

Plan 11613,

New Westminster District

4g hereby rezoned from A~1 (Agricultural) to M-1 (General Industrial) aad the

Zoaing Map of the “Port Coguitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby
amended to reflect this rezoning.

Qe This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the “Port Coquitlam Zoning
Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240 Amendment Bylaw, 1988, No. 2396".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 3rd day of October, 1988.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 3rd day of October, 1988.
