The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam wit! hold

a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City. Hall, 2272 McAl fister

Avenue, Port Coquitiam, B.C. on Monday, July 25th, 1983 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the

“following proposed bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No.
165 1%: ;

Bylaw No. 1988: to remove the. Zone Designations Presently applied to Property
“specified. in the Bylaw in the "South Mary Hill" area and to assign the Zone
Designations of AZ, RS], RSIA, RS2, RM1, RM2, RM3, RM4, Ci, C3, Pl and P2 in
accord with a rezoning plan prepared by "Genstar Land Development" and indicated
on its June, 1983 Drawing No. 720-191 (Revision 3) dated July 4th, 1983,

The Property affected is located in the South Mary Hill area south ef the

transmission line and involves the area of Property lying generally between Pitt River
‘Road ‘ang Mary Hill Road extending to the Fraser River. A copy of the plan is on
display. at the Port Coquitiam City Hal | and. at the Port Coquittam Public Library.

oA copy of the Proposed bylaw .and other relevant documents’ may be inspected in the
Office of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above,

between the hours of 8:30 a.m to 4:30 pem., on regular business days, from the date -

of this Notice until the Public Hearing.

. All persons who deem their: ‘interest in property affected by the proposed bylaw
shall be: afforded an opportunity to be heard at the Public Hearing on matters
contained in the bylaw. rr .
