free and uninterrupted use, by day or By night, to
enter over, and on that portion of ALL AND
SINGULAR that certain parcel of land situate in
the City of Pert Coquitlam in the Province of
British Columbia, and more particularly known as:

Lot 28 of District Lot 231, Group 1, and
Section 19, Block 6 North, Range l East,
New Westminster District, Plan

(the "“Lands")

which is shown outlined within the heavy outline on
Statutory Right of Way Plan dated the day of

B.C.L.S., a copy of which is attached hereto as
Schedule °1" (the "Statutory Right of Way"), and

Gonduct survey and examinations;

dig up and remove soil; and.

construct, install, operate, maintain, alter,
renew, inspect and replace a conveyor system
at the location shown on Schedule "Ll" and in
accordance with the specifications set out in
Schedule "2" together with all ancillary
attachments and fittings (the "Works");

carry onto the Statutory Right of Way all material
and equipment required for any of the foregoing
purposes;

Clear the Statutory Right of Way and keep it clear
