Subject to Sections 126 and 126A of the "Motor Vehicle
Act" every person who violates any provision of this By~

law shall be guilty of an offence and upon summary conviction

thereof shall be liable to a fine or penalty not exceeding
Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) and the provisions of the
"Summary Convictions Act" being Chapter 373, R.S.B.C.
1960 as amended, shall apply thereto."
3. The plan annexed hereto entitled "Port Coquitlam PoCo Trail" is
attached to and made part of thi By-law,
