A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Taxi and Taxi-Driver
Regulation By-law, 1972, No. 1131".

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the city of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
i. ; ‘ Sub-section (a) of Section 17 of the "City of Port Coquitlam Taxi
aud Toxi-Driver Regulation By-law, 1972, No. 1131" is amended by deleting the
“words "wherever reasonably possible" therefrom.
2. ‘This By~Law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port
- Coquitlam Taxi and' Taxi-Driver Regulation By-law, 1972, No. 1131, Amendment
By-law, 1972, No. 1145",

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this Seventh day of

February, 1972,

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this seventh day of

February, 1972.

Read a third time by the Municipal Council this Seventh day of
February, 1972.

Reconsidered, finally passed and adopted by the Municipal Council
of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam this Fourteenth day of

Feburary, 1972.
