Moved by Councillor Keryluk: Seconded by Councillor Goxzdon: That Council direct the City Clerk to prepare an amendment to the City Traffic Control Bylaw No. 1117 to prohibit the use of Class 2 or Class 3 vehicles (trucks in excess of 4,600 kg.) on Skeena Street between Prairie Avenue and Riverside Drive.
