ITEM 1: - JUNIOR HOCKEY FRANCHISE

The Leisure Activities Committee has received the attached proposal

“fon the formation of a Junion Hockey team. As Council 4s aware a proposal
for a Junion Team was presented and approved earlier this year. Ungortunatety

“the Junior Team did not materialize.
_ The present ice schedule is full with various bookings and in onder to
date a new team certain time slots would have to be relinquished.

Considering the preceding remarks the Leisure Activities Conmittee would Like
to have council's comments before making a recommendation.
