A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam was held in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2580 Shaughnessy
Street, Port Coquitlam, BC on Monday, February 8th, 1993, at 7:30 p.m.

Mayor L.M. Traboulay and Councillors M.D. Gates, M.J. Gordon, R.H. Talbot, and M.R.
Wright were in attendance. ;

Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City Clerk S. Rauh, City

Treasurer/Deputy Administrator J.G.S. Maitland, City Engineer LR. Zahynacz, Director of
Planning C.R. Felip, Fire Chief J. Baillie, and Deputy Fire Chief G. Routley.

CONFIRMATION OF MINUTES:

Seconded by Councillor Gordon:

That the minutes of the Public Hearing and Regular Council meeting held on February Ist,
1993 be taken as read and adopted.

Carried.

BYLAWS:

Moved by Councillor Wright:
Seconded by Councillor Gordon:

That third reading of Bylaw No. 2755 be deferred until February 15th, 1993 for further
consideration.

Carried.

Seconded by Councillor Gordon:

That Bylaw No. 2756 be read a third time.
Carried.

Councillor Wright introduced a Bylaw to provide for the payment of an indemnity to the
Mayor and Councillors of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam.
