The Municipal Counc] | of Tha Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitiam wi] hold a Publie Hearing In the Council |
Chambers, Por+ Coqultiam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port
Coquitiam, B.C. on Monday, July 8th, 1985 at 7:40 p.m. to
consider tha following proposed bylaw to amend the "City of Port
Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651";

Bylaw No. 2104:

fa) The Zone Designation of Aq} (Agricultural) assigned to Lot
112; South East Quarter Section 6; Township 40; Plan 25576,
New Westminster District, shown as Lots 1,2,3, and 5, On a
Plan of proposed SUbdivIision of the sald Lot 113 prepared
by V.C. Goudal &@ Associates, British Columbia Land
SUPYEyOrs, and shown on Their Orawing No, C+3660~85A dated
May 13th, 1985 with revisions to May 17th, 1985 Is removed
and the Zone Casignation RS=jA (Single Family Residential)
iS applied.

The Zone Designation of Awl (Agricultural) assigned to Lot
113; South East Quarter Section 6; Township 40; Plan 25576,
New Westminster District, shown as LOTS 4 and 6, on @ Plan
Of proposed subdivision of the said Lot 113 preparad by
VeC. Goudal & Associates, British Columbia Land Surveyors,
and shown on thale Drawing No. C=3660=85A dated May 13th,
1985 with revisions to May {7th, 1985 Is removed and the
Zone Designation RS-} (Single Family Residential) fs
applied.

This property is located at the southeast corner of Prairie
Avenue and Rae Straet and i¢ 1S expected that following
completion of the rezoning procedures the Aroperty will be
Subdivided to provide siltes for six Singte family
residences,

may be Inspected In the Office of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam
City Hall, at the address given above, between the hours of 8:30
Gem. TO 4:30 pom,, on regular business days, from the dato of
this Notice until the Public Hearing.

All persons who deem thelr interest in property affected by
the proposed bylaw shall be afforded an Opportunity to be heard
at the Public Hearing on matters contained in the bylaw.
