THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BYLAW NO. 2301

A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam
Cemetery Bylaw, 1972, Now 1192"

The Municipal Councl| of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

Subclausa (ii) of Clause (d) of Section 34 af the "City of Port Coquitlam
Cemetery Bylaw, 1972, No. 1192" is repealed and the following substituted
therefor: ;

"(T}) In seertions other than the Cremation Section one marker additional to those
otherwise permitted may be Installed to serve as a memorial of cremated remains
or for memarialization purposes and the dimensions of such marker shall be 13 cm
x 25 em (5" x 10%) and not less than 5 cm (2") in thickness, set face level with
the surface of the ground."

Schedule "C" of the Bylaw Is repealed and the Schedule wc" attached to and made
part of this Bylaw is substituted therefor.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as The "City of Port Coquitlam Cemetery
By!aw, 1972, No. 1192, Amendment Bylaw, 1987, No. 230i".
