THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM BYLAW NO. 2237 , A A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651", The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. Those Certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which are more particularly described as: (a) Lot 179, Plan 25711; (b) Lot 349, Plan 30872; (c) Lot 348, Plan 30872 (except part subdivided by Plan 37960); (d) Parcel 1 (Reference Plan 10421) of Lot E, Pian 6840; (e) The North half of Nova Scotia Avenue adjacent to the Lots 348 and 349 hereinbefore described; all in District Lot 232; Group One; New Westminster District are hereby rezoned from RS-2 (Single Family Residential) to RS=1A (Single Family Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1279, No. 1651" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.
