WHEREAS the lands hereinafter described are not required for municipal
purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated;

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that:

of Block 15 Section 6, Township 40 shown oulined red on Bylaw Plan 56241
New Westminster District Plan 7086 (Certificate of Title RI6OQ7AE);

tocated north of Prairie Avenue between Toronto Street and Ulster Street
be sold to Michael Garton, Willlam Harris, Roy Dyke, and Robert Terris,
c/o 1542 Prairie Avenue, Port Coquitlam, 8.C., if terms satisfactory to
Counci! can be agreed upon and no preferable alternative proposal is
received from any other person; \

The City Clerk is hereby instructed and authorized to publish ‘and post
the "Notice of Intention to Sel! Real Property" Notice appearing in the
Agenda documents.of this Council! meeting;

The terms and conditions contained therein are hereby approved;
The City Clerk carry out the procedures set out thereln.

Counc!!! reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject al! of the
bids If Council! in Its absolute discretion determines that rejection is

appropriate.
