advised of the March (st, 1984 expiry date of the current
agreement with reference +o the resolution passed at the 198%

U.B.C.M. Convention regarding the extension of these agreements.

That the City Clerk be instructed to correspond with the
appropriate provincia] authorities respecting the proposed
Privatization of the Colony Farm lands and express the City's
concern respecting the future land use of this property.
