THR CORPORATION OF THE CLTY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BY-LAW NO. 1669

A By-law to adopt the Annual Budget for The Corporation of the

City of Port Coquitlam for the current year, 1979,

WHEREAS Section 198 of the "Municipal Act", R.S.B.C., 1960, provides

that the Annual Budget shall by By-law be adopted on or before the 15th day
of May in each year;
AND WHEREAS the said Annual Budget for the year 1979 is appended

hereto as Schedule "A" to this By-law;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City

of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. Schedule "A" to this By-law shall be the Annual Budget of The

. Corporation of the City of Pert Coquitlam for the year 1979,
2. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port

Coquitlam Annual Budget By~law, 1979, No. 1669",
