Gentlemen:

Re: Works Of Local Improvement

In connection with the proposed construction of storm
sewer, pavement, curb and boulevard on Newberry Street, Fraser
to Prairie, as a work of Local Improvement I am pleased to report
as follows:

(a) The lifetime of the work will be twenty (20)
years. ,
(b) The estimated cost of the work is $53,220.00.
(c) The share or proportion of the cost which will
be specially charged against the parcels benefiting from or
abutting on the work is $13.75 per taxable front foot in accord=
ance with the provisions of the "Local Improvement Charge By-law,
1969, No. 912" for normal local improvement.
