The concept pian is Proposed in two phases; the first phase to be

The second phase includes two propesals; one a pienic area and
the other Playground equipment for older Children. The Parks &
Recreation Committee does not Wish, at this time, to finally
determine the elements for Phase #2; the committee wishes te
monitor the use after completion of phase #1 for a period of

time.
