December I8, 1990 S. Rauh Acting City Clerk, City of Port Coquitl«n, Third Floor, 2580 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam, B.c. Dear City Clerk; Re: Tender for 2247 Wilson Avenue, Pooperty, Lot 2, District Lot 379, Group One Plan 3319, New Westminster District, Port Coquitlam, B.C. I Michael Savvis the owner of 2253 Wilson Avenue, would like to tender my offer for the above mentioned property as per the advertisement in the newspaper. After consulting my apprassers in regards to this matter, I have discovered that in the opinion of the appraiser the market price of ths property should be anywhere from $98,000.00 to $112,000.00. I have enclosed copies of the demolition costs, relocation of the B.C. Hydro pole and removal of the gas line. Even though I had expected the market price to be much less than what you are asking and feel that this property would be useless to anyone other bhan the adjacent properties, my fair offer would be $105,000.00 however if that is not acceptable to your worship, aldermen and City Officials, I am willing to pay as much as $110,000.00. The price that you had advertised in the local paper. Thank you for your consideration in this matter. The adjustment date would be, January 15, 1991 and the possession date would be January 31, 1991.
