The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: l. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, 8ritis Columbia which is more particularly described as: The most northerly 0.4765 hectare (1.177 acres) of East 297 feet of Lot "B", Block 10 Southeast 1/4 of section 6 Township 40 Plan 5345 EXCEPT part subdivided by Plan 25576 New Westminster District is hereby rezoned from A-l (Agricultural) to RM-2 (Townhouse Apartment) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more particularly described as: Bast 297 feet of Lot "B", Block 10 Southeast 1/4 of section 6 Township 40 Flan 5345 EXCEPT part subdivided by Plan 25576 AND EXCEPT the most northerly 0.4765 hectare (1.177 acres} New Westminster District is hereby rezoned from A~l (Agricultural) to RS-2 (Smail Lot Residential and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coguitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.
