THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM B.R. Kirk City Administrator Mr. W. Brown Director of Commumity Planning 1774-80 Morgan Avenue Development Variance Permit (File No. 76/88) RECOMMENDATION: That City Council direct the Clerk's Office to inform surrounding neighbours of this application and place a resolution on a subsequent Council meeting agenda to issue a Voluntary Development Permit to Lots 2,3,4, amd 5 of d.L. 255, Group 1 N.W.L.D. Plan 17243 for relaxation of the Subdivision Bylaw No 2241 Section 4.2.3, cul-de-sac bulbs. COMMENTS : This application is to resubdivide four neighbouring lotea. The plan is to construct an internal road ending in a cul-de-sac. The cul-de-sac is to also serve adjacent properties if they are subdivided. Due to this requirement to provide access to future lots, a variance is required to remove the requirement to provide a eul-de-sac bulb in the subdivision now. The future cul-de-sac bulb is to be located at the east end of the property. If it were to be constructed to serve just the subdivision application it would be placed between 1744 and 1756 Morgan. 4 CA AK 7 Ne . W. Brown
