Alderman Laking introduced a Bylaw to authorize The Corporation of
the City of Port Coquitlam to dispose of a portion of Road shown
dedicated on Plan 2678 in District Lot 222, Group 1, New Westminster
District in exchange for other portions of District Lot 232, Group 1, New
Westminster District, to be established as Road.

Whereas the "Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw No.5, 1987, No. 2259"
received first two readings earlier this evening;

Therefore it is now determined that the amendment to the Official Community
Plan proposed to be enacted by Bylaw No. 2259 does not affect the District of
Coquitlam, The Corporation of the District of Pitt Meadows, or the Greater
Vancouver Regional District.
