Application - Reeve Street Park.

Seconded by Alderman Stewart:

That the application for Crown Land relating to all those portions of
the original main channel! and the east channel of the Coquitlam River in-
and adjacent to Lots 170 and 174 and 305, Group One, New Westminster.
District, shown outlined red on the Plan attached to the said app! ication
be and the same is hereby approved;

That his Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign the

said application on behalf of the City and to affix the Corporate Seal
thereto;

And that the Council herewith expresses its understanding that the
Grant of Crown Land will be made for Municipal Park purposes and the
Council also expresses its agreement that the adjacent land, outlined.
yellow on the p!an attached to the application will be used for Municipal!

Park purposes.

WHEREAS the lands hereinafter described are not required for municipal
Purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated; oO

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that:

Lot 348, District Lot 232, Group One, Plan 30872, except part
subdivided by Plan 37960, New Westminster District, being 2150 Nova
Scotia Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. be sold to 1919 Developments
Corp., c/o 440-2755 Lougheed Highway, Port Coquitiam, 8.C. V3B 5Y9,
at or for the price or sum of $85,000.00 upon the terms and conditions
stated In the tender.
