February 2nd, 1981 A meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam was held in the "Campbell Room" of the Best Western Poco Motor Inn, 1545 Lougheed Highway, Coquitlam, B.C. on February 2nd, 1981 at 7:30 pm. His Worship Mayor G.R. Laking, Aldermen M.D. Gates, J.J. Keryluk, ALK. Muldoon, L.M. Traboulay and M.R. Wright in attendance. Also in attendance were Chief Administrative Office L.D. Pollock, City Clerk R.A. Freeman, City Engineer F.E. Peters, P. Eng., Assistant City Engineer L. Melnechenko, P. Eng., City Planner L. Lee, City Treasurer, J.G.S. Maitland, Fire Chief W.S. CORRESPONDENCE From the Poco Happy Times Pre~School, January 28th, 1981, requesting permission to conduct a lottery in the City. Moved by Alderman Traboulay: Seconded by Alderman Keryluk: That the request of the Poco Happy Times Pre-School, January 28th, 1981 to conduct a lottery in the City be approved on the basis set out in the application dated January 28th, 1981.
