will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall,
2272 McAllister Avenue, on Monday, July 30th, 1979 at 7:30 p.m. to consider
‘the following proposed by-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning -

_By~law, 1979, No. 1651",
By~law No. 1682: to ‘remove the Zone Designation of RS-2

assigned to:

Lot 745 and Lot 746 of a Plan of Subdivision in process

of Lets 2 and 3, both of Lot 1 of the Northeast Quarter

of Section 6, Township 40, Plan 9752, New Westminster District,
prepared by R.T. Redfern of R.T. Redfern and Associates,
B.C.L.S., under Job No. 5188-1, and assigning the Zone
Designation of RS-1 thereto.

This property is located at 759 and 767 Pratrie Road and is

‘bedag rezoned in order that the said Lots .745 and 746 may

be created as single family residential lots with the balance

‘of the property located at those addresses to remain zoned

referred to therein, and other relevant documents may be inspected in the Office

-the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30. p.m., on. working days, July 19th to July 30th,
