Patrick Joseph Rinsma was fined

$200 for committing mischief.

Friday, May 4

Sean Michael Brady was fined
$75 for illegal possession of a
narcotic.

Clayton Henry Bruger was fined
$300 and placed on probation for
nine months for committing mis-
chief to private property.

Emest Lyle Clare was fined $200
for assault.
_ Steven Daniel Creed was fined

$100 and placed on probation for
three months on each of two
counts of theft. Creed was also
fined $100 and given three months
probation for committing mischief
in relation to private property.

Sherrie Ann Elliot was fined
$500 for impaired driving.

Donald Richard Scott was fined
$300 for driving at excessive

taking "a cautious view of
prospects for 1990" after
Alcan reported another
decline in profits for the
quarter that ended March
31. Consolidated net income
was reported as US$172
million, down from $269
million in the same quarter
for 1989, The company
attributed the decline in
profits to slower demand
and lower prices for
aluminum products.
