SUBJECT: Sale of City Property ~ 2354 and 2358 Whyte Avenue

RESOLUTION:

"WHEREAS the lands hereinafter described are not required for municipal
purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated;

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that:

1. Parcel "A" (L83816E) of Lot 14 and Parcel "A" (H71707E) of Lot 15,
both of Block 3, District Lot 379; Group One, Plan 1213, New
Westminster District;

be sold to New View Society, #1 - 2232 Elgin Avenue, Port Coquitlam,
BC. at or for the price or sum of $230,000.00 upon the terms and
conditions stated in the tender call.

The Adjustment date be August 31, 1989, or earlier;

The Possesion date be August 31, 1989, or earlier;

The Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute the documents neccessary
for the purpose aforesaid and to affix the Corporate Seal of the City

thereto."

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:
