This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Official Community
Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 13, 1988, No. 2369”.

Read a first time by the Municipal Council and given an affirmative
vote by the majority of all members of the Couneil this 30th day of
May, 1988.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council and given an affirmative
vote by the majority of all members of the Council this 30th day of
May, 1988.

Determined that the amendment to the plan does not effect the District
of Coquitlam, the Corporation of the District of Pitt Meadews, or the
Greater Vancouver Regional District this 30th day of May, 1988,

Public Hearing held this 27th day of June, 1988.

South Mary Hill Development Permit Area (South of the southern end of
Eastern Drive east of Mary Hill Road).

Purpose of the Bylaw:

To require that a mandatory Development Permit be obtalned as permitted
Section 976 of the Municipal Act within the area specified in the bylaw.
