BYLAW NC. 2355 A Bylaw to amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240", The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: lL. ‘Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which are more particularly described as: (a) Parcel "A" (H62047E) Lot 16, Block 2, District Lot 379, Group 1 New Westminster District Plan 1213. (b} Lot 17, Block 2, District Lot 379, Group 1, New Westminster District Plan 1213. Westerly half Lot 18, Block 2, District Lot 379, Group l, New Westminster District Plan 1213 having a frontage of 33 feet on McAllister Avenue and a uniform width the full depth of the lot and adjoining Lot 17. SO Lot 18 Except: Westerly half of said Lot having a frontage of 33 feet on McAllister Street and a uniform width the full depth of said Lot and adjoining Lot 17, Bleck 2, District Lot 379, Group 1, New Westminster District Plan 1213. are hereby rezoned from RS-3 (Estate Residential) to RM=~5 (Downtown Apartment.
