THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BYLAW NO. 1987

A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitiam
Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

The Zone Designation -of RS-2 assigned to: the area: shown on,a plan of proposed
subdivision of a portion of Lots 1 and 2, Plan 1163; Lots 3 and 4, Plan 8034;
and a portion of Lot "AN, Block 55, Plan 5854; and Lot "G", Plan 7105; District
Lot 232, Group One, New Westminster District Prepared by V. C. Goudal’ & Associates
Ltd. and shown on Drawing No. C-3507+83C dated dune 14th, 1983 (revised
July 4th, 1983) is removed and the. following Zone Designations are. applied:

(a) .RS=1 to Lots. 1-16, inclusive; and Lots 18-89, inclusive, and Lot 91, as
shown on. the plan of proposed. subdivision aforesaid; and,

(b) RS=1A to Lot 17, Lot. 90 ‘and. Lots 92-101, inclusive.

The Zoning Map. of the "City of Port. Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,” 1979, No. 1651" is”

hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

A copy of the proposed plan of subdivision referred to in. Section T is attached
to this By law and made a part hereof,
