1982 at 7:30 p.m.
His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay, Aldermen M.D.
Gates, G-R. Laking, E.W. Mabbett, A.K. Muldoon, D.J.
Vater and M.R. Wright in attendance.
Also in attendance were Chief Administrative Officer
B.R. Kirk, City Clerk R.A. Freeman, City Engineer F.E.
Peters, P. Eng., Deputy Fire Chief J.N. Boileau, Director
of Community Planning W. Brown and Recording Secretary D.
Vyse.
