The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam

will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Nall,

2272 McAllister Avenue on Monday, July 30th, 1979 at 7:30 p.m. to consider

the following proposed by-laws to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning

By~law, 1979, No. 1651".

1. By-law No. 1683: to remove the Zone Designation of RS-1

assigned to Lot 712, Northeast Quarter of Section 6, Township
40, Plan 56353, New Westminster District, and to assign

the. Zone Designation of RT-1 to the said property.

This property is located at 3501 inverness Street and is
being rezoned to permit the construction of a duplex thereon.

By-law No. 1684: to remove the Zone Designation of RS~1

assigned to Lot 720, Northeast Quarter of Section 6, Township

40, Plan 56353, New Westminster District, and to assign

the Zone Designation of RT-1 to the said property.
This property is located at 797 Inverness Place and is
being rezoned. to permit the construction of a duplex thereon.

By-law No. 1685: to remove the Zone Designation of RS-1

assigned to Lot 730, Northeast Quarter of Section 6, Township

‘40, Plan 56353, New Westminster District, and to assign

the Zone Designation of RT~l] to the said property.

This property is ltcated at 3562 Inverness Street and is

being rezoned to permit the construction of a duplex thereon.-

Copies of the proposed By-laws may be inspected in the Office of
the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between

the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., on working days, July 19th to July 30th,

1979,

All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the
proposed by-laws shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the Fublic

Hearing on matters contained in the by-laws.
