AND WHEREAS no sinking funds have been or were required to be estab! ished;

AND WHEREAS It Is deamed dasirabiea to expend from the anmaunt so set aside the
467,500.00 fo purchase real property:

AND WHEREAS the approval of the Minister of Municipat Affairs has bean ebtalned;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Counel! of The Corporation of the Clty of Port
Goquitiem, In open maoting assembled, anncts as fol lows:

1. The sum of $67,800.00 1s hereby appropriated from the Tax Salo Lands
Rosorve Fund for the tallawing purchase of real property:
