The Municipal Councl! of The Carporation of the Clty of Port Coquitiam, In open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

The Municipal Coune!l| of The Corporation of the Clty of Port Coquitlam hereby
leases unto Glenn Welschiau the lands deasertbed tn the Schadule "A" attached
hereto for the perlod of time and on the tarms and subject to the conditions set
out In the Lease attached hereto and marked Schadula "A",

The Mayor and City Clerk of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam are.
hereby authorized te sign the-sald Lease on hehalf of the Clty and to affix the
City's Corporate Seal thereto,

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Rental Agreement (2430 Mary HII
Road) Author zation Bylaw, 1985, No. 2116". |
