That this application be approved to proceed for rezoning from RS-3 (Estate Residential) to RS-2 (Small Lot Residential) under Section 963 of the Municipal Act subject to: Completion of a subdivision design to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning. Satisfaction of the Engineering Department requirements. Satisfaction of Building Department requirements at the time of Building Permit Application. Registration of a Restrictive Covenant on the properties to prevent new buildings from being converted to contain secondary suites. That the Planning Department be authorized to draft Development Variance Permit No. 51/93 under Section 974 of the Municipal Act; and That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the documents when completed subject to the conditions noted above. BACKGROUND: This application is to rezone a property at 1727 and 1735 Cameron Avenue from RS-3 (Estate Residential) to RS-2 (Small Lot Residential) to permit a 3 lot subdivision shown as figure No. lL. Properties in this area are designated "Residential" in the Official Community Plan. This subdivision would complete the southerly portion of the Pekrul Place cul-de-sac.
