Moved by Councillor Wright: seconded by Councillor Gordon: That Rezoning Application No. 83/92, and Development Permit Application No. 84/92 for 2326, 2336, and 2350 Hawthorne Avenue be approved to proceed for Rezoning from ‘RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RM-4 (Apartment) under Section 963 of the Municipal Act subject to: a. Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning; Satisfaction of Engineering requirements; Submission of landscaping plans to the satisfaction of the Parks and Recreation Department; Satisfaction of Building Department concerns; Consolidation of the properties into one lot; and Issuance of a Development Permit.
