Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which are more particularly described as: a. Lot 176 and Lot 177, Plan 24865, and; b. those portions of Lot 4 and Lot 5, Plan 1330, identified "To Be Zoned RS-2" on the plan attached to this Bylaw as "Schedule A"; totalling 6.88ha (17 acres) all in District Lot 342, Group One, New Westminster District; are hereby rezoned from A-1 (Agricultural) to RS-2 (Small Lot Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, Ne. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which are more particularly described as: those portions of Lot 4 and Lot 5, Plan 1330, identified “To Be Zoned RM-3" on the plan attached to this Bylaw as "Schedule A"; totalling 1.4ha (3.46 acres) all in District Lot 342, Group One, New Westminster District; are hereby rezoned from A-1 (Agricultural) to RM-3 (Townhouse Apartment ) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. : 3. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1990, No. 2546".
