Day.

Alderman Wright asked that Item 1 be referred to the Parks and
Recreation Committee and that the question be called only on Items 2 through
4,

That May Day be held in 1°83 and that the date be the second weekend in
May;

That Jean Dey be hired as Coordinator the 1983 May Day and that her
salary be $4,500;

AND _ THAT the 1983 May Day Budget be $20,0N0 (which would include the
$4,500 for the Coordinator) and that the revenue be $7,800, thereby giving a

net cost of $12,200.
