A public meeting for the pur- pose of reorganizing the Terrace fall fair was held on Fridav last in Gordon’s Hotel. The attend- ance was not as large as expected, but all who attended piedged their support for the continuance of the fair. There was much discussion pro and con,. and all were of the opinion that Terrace could not afford to let her fair go down. President Viger was in the chair and was urged to carry on for the coming year, but he thought it was te the interest of the fair to have a change, as he and did not wish to continue in office this vear. . Terrace can the efforts of Mr. Viger and the directors. A vote of thanks was extended ‘to the retiring officers, ‘and the eleetion of officers for the coming year took place, resulting ‘as fol- lows: ° President—E. T. Kenney. Vice.President—J. K.
