RECCHMENDATTION :
That this application be approved to proceed for rezoning from RS~1 (Large
Lot Residential) to RS~2 (Small Lot Residential) under Section 963 of the
Municipal Act subject to:

a. Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of
Planning; and

b. Satisfaction of Engineering Department concerna.
BACKGROUND:

This application will permit the subdivision of 2 aingle family lots. The
subject property is designated single family in the Official Community Plan.

1. Extend sanitary sewer complete with service connections;

2. Development Cost Charges for one lot; and
