That the City approve the construction of a temporary Bus Turn-around on the School District
property located at the northeast comer. of Citadel Drive and Confederation Drive at an
estimated cost of $2,000.00. . . :

The attached letter, dated April 2, 199] was sent to the School District No. 43 requesting
‘approval to use the future school site in the northeast comer of Citadel Drive and Confe eration

Drive. ;

The attached letter from the School Board dated April 11, 1991 grants the approval for the City

of Port Coquitlam to use the School property for a temporary Bus Turn-around. It is estimated
that the cost for constructing the temporary Bus Tum-around would be $2,000.00. oe

Bryan Mills, Transsit Planner with BC Transit, informed me that bus service to Citadel Heights
could be scheduled for the beginning of September. | | - |
