A copy of the Application for Licenced Establishment may be inspected in the. .
Office of the City Clerk, 2580 Shaughnessy Streev, Port Coquitlam, B.C.,
between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 pem,
except Saturdays, Sundays and any Statutory Holiday, from March 28th, 1991 to
April 15th, 1991.

Also available for inspection are copies of the “Development Procedures Bylaw,
(1987, No. 2243" and "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" and various
‘reports and plans referring specifically to the purpose of the application.

At the Hearing the public shall. be allowed to make representations to the
Council respecting matters contained in the proposed application and all
persons who believe their interest in property is affected by the proposed.
application shall be afforded a reasonable opportunity to be heard or to
present written submissions respecting matters contained in the application.’
