Development Permit Areas", Section "2. Development Permit Areas Designation": Aggie Park. Development Area eT" This area is designated as a Development Permit Area for the establishment of objectives and the provision of guidelines for the form and character of Commercial and Multi-family development. Boundaries: North: Center line of Prairie Avenue, between Shaughnessy Street and Oxford Street, and center line of Westminster Avenue, between Oxford Street and Commonwealth Street. South: Center line of Suffolk Avenue and center line of Lougheed Highway; East: Center line of Oxford Street, between Prairie Avenue and Westminster Avenue, and center line of Commonwealth Street and Commonwealth Street alignment between Westminster Avenue and Lougheed Highway. West: Center line of Shaughnessy Street. Q “ The boundaries noted above are shown on Map "Schedule C of the Official Community Plan’ as Development Permit Area iV and in the Map 'evelopment Permit Area IV" which forme part of the Official Community Plan. b. Objectives: The objectives of the Development Permit Area are: To facilitate the orderly development of the area and to encourage coordination of the siting, form and volume of new commercial and residential buildings and their area for parking, storage and landscaping. To control the interface between Multi-family and Commerical Development and the interface between Multi-family and/or Commercial Development and other land uses in the area, by implementing adequate buffering between the land uses and regulating the proportion of the Commercial and Multi-Family Residential structures.
