COMMENTS: There are two lease agreements both of which are on file in the City Clerk's Office. The first tease agreement provides for 5,167 square feet of office space tor Engineering and Treasury at 2331 Marpole Street at $8,25 per square foot or $42,627.75 per year. The second lease agreement provides for 2,322 square feet of oftice space for Council Committee room, Administration and Clerk's Department at 2571 Shaughnessy Street at $7.00 per square foot or $16,254 per year.
