RECOMMENDATION: That City Council authorise the City Clerk

to endorse the Strata Title Plan for Lot 7,
NWLD Plan 18910. ;

COMMENTS:

This application is to Strata Title an existing duplex
building. The new owner, individual applying, is acquiring the
property. vacant. As there are no tenants, the usual request
for protecting their residence has been waived. —

In conclusion, this report is recommending approval of the
application as it will not affect development in the area or
residents of the building.
