A By-law to provide for the exemption from taxation of certain
real property set apart and in use for the pubiic worship of Ged.
WHEREAS the Title to Lot 444, District Lot 468, Group One, Plan 58092,
New Westminster District, is registered in the ‘name of Yhe Trustees of the
Congregation of the Hope Lutheran Church of Port Coquitlam;
AND WHEREAS it is desired to set out herein the extent nf the
e@<emption from taxation granted with respect to the property aforesaid;
NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City
of Port Coquitlam, in cpen meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. That parcel of real property, together with the improvements situated
thereon, known as Lot 444, District Lot 466,°Group One, Plan 58092, New
Westminster District, is hereby declared to be exempt’ from taxation to the
extent provided in Section 327 (7) of the Municipal Act.
2. The following By-laws are repealed:
(a) "Sg Lot 2 and Remainder Lot 4, Block H, District 466,
Pian 10715 Lutheran Church Exemption from Taxation By-law,
1970, No. +1024",
(b): "S's Lot 2 and Remainder Lot 4, Block M, District Lot 466,
Plan 10715 Lutheran Church Exemption from Taxation By-law
1970, No. 1024, Amendment By~law, 1977, No. 1559",

3. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "Lot 444, District

Lot 466, Group One, Plan 58092 Lutheran Church Exemption from Taxation By-law,

1979, No. 1720",
