WHEREAS by By-law No. 1548 of The Corporation of the City

of Port Coquitlam cited as the "Plan 2207 Road Closure By-law, 1977, No.

1548" a certain portion of road dedicated by Plan 2207 therein described

located in the City of Port Coquitlam in the Province of British Columbia

was stepped up and closed to traffic;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk

of The Corporation of the City of Port Cequitlam be authorized to petition
the Lieutenant-Governor in Council of the Province of British Columbia

praying on behalf of the City for abandonment cf the said portion of Road

dedicated by Plan 2207 described in By-law No. 1548 and the vesting of the

title to the land comprising the same in The Corporation of the City of

Port Coquitlam.
