BY-LAW NO. 1366

A By-law to amend -the Annual Budget for The Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitlam for the year 1974,

WHEREAS by By-law No. 1314, cited as the “City of Port Coquitlam Annual
Budget By-law, 1974, No. 1314", passed pursuant to Section 198 of the "Municipal
Act", being Chapter 255 of the Revised Statutes of British Columbia, 1960, and
Amendments thereto, the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitlam adopted the Annual Budget for the year 1974;

‘AND WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to amend the said Annual Budget;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. Schedule "A" of the “City of Port Coquitlam Annual Budget By-law, 1974,
314" is hereby amended by substituting the amounts set forth in Schedule "A"

to this By-law under the heading "1974 Amended Budget",

2, This By-law may be known and cited for all purposes as ‘the "City of Port

Coquitlam Annual Budget By-law, 1974, No. 1314, Amendment By-law, 1975, No. 1366",
Read a first time by the Municipal Council this Ywenty-fourth day of
March, 1975,
Read a second time by the Municipal Council this Twenty~fourth day of
March, 1975.
‘Read a third time by the Nunf cipal Council this Twenty-fourth day of
March, 1975.
Reconcidered, finally passed and adopted by the Municipal Council of

_The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam this Seventh day of April, 1975.
