RE: Letter from Figure Skating Club

The kabbett Room, Young Room, and the Arena were constructed as independent

areas to allow their simultaneous use,

There is a rental fee established for cach of these areas as follows -

By Community Organizations:

Arena - Ice Time for Figure Skating Club - $10.00 per hour

The practice of simultaneous use of the Mabbett Room and the Arena was

established at the firgs opening of the Port Recreation Centre.

The Scout Greup Application:

was made prior to Decenber 3rd, 1971; confirmed on December 3rd, 1971
€the group was advised by sto£t to retain their deposit until the New Year).

Deposit made on January llth, 1972 ~ $25.00 deposit and $75.00 rental

on receipt #885.

Parking: To date the available parking at the Port Recreation Centre

seems to accommodate all patrons attending functions during simultaneous use
of the Centre facilities.
