state the intended use or uses of the building or structure; include as exhibits two copies of the specifications and scale drawings of the building or structure with respect to which the work is to be carried out showing; 6.2.4.1. the dimensions of the building; 6.2.4.2. the proposed use of each room or floor area; 6.2.4.3. the dimensions of the land on which the building is, or is to be, situated; 6.2.4.4. the grades and ¢levations of the streets and sewers abutting the land when reasonably required by the Building Inspector} the minimum habitable floor elevation according to geodetic datum, when reasonably required by the Suilding Inspector; the position, height and horizcatal dimensions of all buildings on the land; a survey of the building site by a registered provincial surveyor, when reasonabiy required by a Buiiding Inspector; 6.2.4.8. such other information as is necessary to illustrate all essential features of the design of the building and to establish compliance with this Bylaw and the Building Code; 6.2.5. include schedules for Registered Professionals as required in the Building Code, executed when the proposed building comes within; 6.2.5.1. Part 3 of the Building Code; 6.2.5.2. structural components within Part 4 of the Building Code; 6.2.5.3. a Building Inspector requires professional design and field review.
